What to know
The seven-day rule.
Cancellations made at least seven days before the scheduled rental date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than seven days’ notice, bookings created inside that window, no-shows, late arrivals, weather issues, and activity changes are handled under the terms displayed for the selected experience and in the completed rental agreement.
Cancellations
Request a cancellation as early as possible by contacting Memories. A booking is not considered changed or canceled until the team or booking system confirms it.
- Seven or more days ahead: eligible for a full refund
- Less than seven days: activity-specific terms apply and the booking may be non-refundable
- Credits or rescheduling options, when offered, follow the confirmed terms
Weather and operations
Water, trail, snow, and road activities can be affected by unsafe conditions. Memories may modify, postpone, or cancel an experience when operations require it and will communicate the available options under the current booking terms.
- Do not self-cancel based only on a general forecast
- Watch for direct communication from the team
- Keep your phone and email information current
Arrival and participation
Arrive at the instructed place and time with completed waivers and required documents. No-shows, significant lateness, failure to meet operator requirements, or removal for safety-rule violations may affect refund or credit eligibility.
- Use the location in the confirmation
- Complete required forms in advance
- Follow all safety and rental rules
